“The Braincoding stuff Kip does is valuable. She can tell you how you are wired and how that helps you improve with your specific position on the field. She is a great woman and I’m just so blessed to have a woman like her in my life.”

Former Safety/CB NFL Oakland Raiders & Tennessee Titans

“When everything is cluttered and most people are stuck circling the problem. You cut through the noise, say what others won’t, and bring the conversation back to what actually matters. Your clarity creates direction—and once direction is set, movement follows. People trust the path because you make it visible.”

“Before seeing Kip, I was struggling with my inner saboteur. The NeuroSport assessment and Kip’s coaching helped me to cherish every moment on the ice. I no longer skate anymore, but as I continue to work with Kip, I gain the tools to navigate each moment of my life.”

Former Figure Skater, Film & Documentary Professional

“My entire family values you and your partnership as we address different aspects of our lives and our children’s development.”

Leslie K, Executive, Wife, and Mom of Two

“I thought the workshop was extremely impactful and insightful. I learned a lot about how my brain works and the ways that I work best as well as how my colleagues function and how we can work better as a team to really play into one another’s strengths and not our weaknesses.”

“Before I came to Kip, I was struggling with self-doubt, confidence issues, and lack of focus. Throughout the last 7 years, Coach Kip has helped me overcome self-doubt, mental blocks due to injury, and has worked its me on improving my lack if focus from ADHD. She has helped me learn more about the root cause of these issues and has given me the tools to support myself when these challenges arise. She has helped me qualify to U.S. Figure Skating Midwestern Sectionals twice, take on, overcome a challenging injury and surgery, and has helped me be open to new opportunities like making a move across the country and switching coaches. In the past, these challenges controlled me. With Kip’s help, I now have the power to have control over them.”

Senior Womens Figure Skater

“As a parent, it’s been incredibly valuable to see how mental game preparation has helped my son’s approach racing with more confidence, composure, and maturity. The tools he’s learned to manage stress, emotions, and pressure have not only improved his performance on the track but have also helped him handle adversity and setbacks in a healthy way. Mental training is just as important as physical preparation in this sport, and working with Coach Kip has been a powerful investment in both his racing and personal growth.”

“Prior to working with Coach Kip, I struggled with the stress, pressure, and mental exhaustion of racing motocross at a high level.  As a racer, mental game is everything as I am making split second decisions in intense conditions that impact safety, speed, and my ability to win. Coach Kip completely changed my mental approach to racing. Her tools helped me manage pre-race nerves, stay focused under pressure, and race with more confidence and consistency. The improvement in my mental game has made a significant difference on and off the track.”

“I found this workshop was extremely helpful and influential. I feel as though there are certain times I feel stressed, overwhelmed, and struggle with communication and it was very interesting to see a breakdown of the reasoning behind it. I liked reading through the packet to learn about myself and how I can face these different problems.”

Executive Workshop Attendee

“The workshop training helped me to understand more of WHY I am the way I am and WHY I react the way I do. I often feel it is a negative because I expect communication, follow through, and the need to ask for help when I need it. It isn’t a negative, but I need to understand not everyone is wired the same way as me!”

“I was in the biggest slump of my career so far- and time was running out. I was only a few months away from the US Adaptive Open Qualifier, but I was not performing well enough to qualify. Through only a few sessions, I mentally skyrocketed and physically improved. This led to my qualification into the US Adaptive Open for the 2nd year in a row. I got the chance to inspire so many people on a very large stage due to my mental improvements.”

US Adaptive Golfer and ETBU Commit

“The most helpful piece of information was talking about stressors. There are things that were stated which my Braincode does I notice myself doing often. I think the most helpful information was listing the different ways you can manage stress and how to avoid it.”

Executive Workshop Attendee

“The most valuable information was the assessment on my Braincode and how I function. This helped my mom and I connect the dots on why I behave a certain way, and it made a difference in how I approached my performance in sports.”

“The work with Kip has been tremendously impactful in educating me about how I think and how that impacts my performance. The tools provided have helped me prepare and perform better and to handle adversity more confidently and consistently. I’m a better student and athlete as a result of my work with Coach Kip.”

High School Golfer

“Kip has helped me to see myself and my sport in a new light. She has helped my mom and I to understand each other and she has taught me strategies to cope with my emotions and weaknesses. I came into these sessions looking for confidence and consistency, and I’ve made so much progress from my time with her.”

“Before seeing Kip, I was struggling with managing my anxiety while on the golf course and staying focused while playing. The NeuroSport assessment and Kip’s coaching helped me to identify what my brain code was, and specific strategies based on my brain code. With these strategies I am able to productively problem solve and manage stressful situations while in a tournament. For example, after finding out my brain code, I shifted my mindset into thinking of holes of golf like a “puzzle” or “game” that I needed to solve. Now, I have strengthened my confidence on the golf course and have noticed an improvement in my mental game during stressful situations.”

“There were many eye openings things about the training. It’s been nice to take a step back and really digest everything. Understanding stress indicators and counters will not only be valuable for work, but every aspect across my life. I want to try to be disciplined and apply the information given because I believe it can help get me where I want to be.”

Executive Workshop Attendee

“After Kip’s workshop I was much more aware of how my mind worked. The biggest thing I took from it is how my Braincode responds to stress. This made me realize I function in a stress mode more than I realized. Kip also helped me realize different things I can do to get out of that.”

“Before seeing Kip, I was struggling with focus and confidence when playing games. The neurosport assessment and Kips coaching helped me to develop strategies on how to play with confidence and improve my mental game on and off the ice. Now I play with more self awareness, I am more confident, and my abilities on and off the ice have dramatically improved.”

“As a result of the Braincode assessment Kip did on our son, she was able to develop a specific game plan for coaching him to maximize his potential in hockey. She really understands the way he thinks and behaves based on his Braincode and helps coach him through struggles he experiences. Our son is able to use strategies he’s learned from Kip to overcome various adversities and get the most out of his performance. As parents, she’s been a great guide for us navigating parenting an athlete through the ups and downs of his sport. We love having Kip as one part of helping him achieve his goals and giving him skills that will transfer to all aspects of his life. We can’t recommend her enough!”

Hockey Parents

“Thank you for thinking about the child first.  God has blessed you with a talent that you are using. Thank you. You are appreciated.  If I would have had you as a kid, I would be President!!”

“Before seeing Coach Kip, I was struggling with scattered thinking and not fully understanding the type of athlete I am. Coach Kip helped me to gain clarity around how my mind works under pressure, strengthen my natural strengths, and refine my weaknesses. She provided practical, actionable tools that immediately translated into better performance—many of which I had never been introduced to before. Now, I have a deeper understanding of my subconscious and can approach training and competition with confidence, focus, and professionalism. Coach Kip helped me reach the next level as an athlete and continually reminds me how important it is to love and feel passion for your sport rather than becoming consumed by results and outcomes.”

Pepperdine University Track Athlete

“One thing that has always stuck with me is how Coach Kip guided me to change my idea of confidence. I learned that confidence is not just a feeling, but actually my given ability to do something. Now I know that I am always capable of doing whatever I put my mind to even if my feelings ebb and flow.”

“My daughter started seeing Kip to help equip her with grounding on self-awareness, building boundaries, improving confidence in decision making for herself as a young adult. She walked away from meeting with Kip with appreciation for who she is and how to align with her personal goals. As her mom, I joined some sessions to help my daughter and I improve our communication. We both are very different from a Braincode perspective, so Kip facilitated both of us listening to each other and not assuming what we think each other is saying based on our own perspectives. This greatly helped us both.”

“I am a collegiate softball player at Harding University. I have always been a player who struggled with confidence and being an absolute perfectionist in everything. Through Coach Kip and the assessments she does, I was able to understand how my mind works and why I feel or think a certain way. My parents were also able to view all that information and understand me as well. They also were included in many conversations to truly understand me. Coach Kip always had an answer for everything, but she also listened to how I was feeling. She gave me answers to mental struggles I had my entire career. She gives many tools and worksheets that I still reference and use now. I have nothing but amazing things to say about my experience and I highly recommend every athlete to utilize the information Coach Kip offers!”

“It’s one thing to recognize stress, but another to know how to deal with it in the moment. Understanding how to counter stress was a big one for me.”
