Kip is a 27-year veteran therapist, Certified High Performance Coach, speaker, and former professional athlete who has helped transform thousands of athletes, clients, executives, and coaches. Kip earned her World Championship ring playing women’s tackle football for Dallas at the age of 41. Kip is a sought out speaker and lecturer having delivered keynotes to Baylor University, Dallas Baptist University, PepsiCo, PEG Planning, Stonebriar Community Church, Rockpointe Church, Rodeo Logistics, and True Point Agency. She has authored articles for the Dallas Morning News. She has been featured on iHeart Radio, ABC News, Fox News, and multiple podcasts and magazines. Good thing I did not know the incredible challenges of life I would face when I entered this world. My story includes a tough relationship with my mom, losing 65 pounds & keeping it off, the traumatic birth of my daughter, being homeless, to nearly being killed in a car accident. During this keynote, you’ll hear my empowering life story as I teach people how to hold on to hope through transforming beliefs, tools, and habits.
